Media Commons
Media Commons is a University-wide initiative to help enrich students' educations by creating digital content for their coursework. The Media Commons provides all campuses within Penn State with a common set of computing tools, a common set of support materials, and a common set of opportunities to create digital media of all kinds.

Access to the Studio
Students, faculty and staff are all welcome to use the studio. Reservations are not mandatory, but will ensure that the room is available during the time you plan to use it. You can reserve the studio in person or by phone at the help desk in the Computer Center (724-334-6081). You can also submit an online reservation request by completing the Media Services request form. Please contact the help desk if you need to cancel a reservation, so others can use the room.
Available Equipment
iMacs available in three convenient locations: Library, Computer Center, and the MC Studio!
Also in the studio: video camera, green screen, mics and lights, DVD/VCR deck
At the HelpDesk for signout: additional equipment (video cameras, mics, tripods, and audio recorders)
